The item was delivered within the last 14 days.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) is available.
The product is not listed as non-refundable (e.g., personalized items, hygiene products, final sale).
2. Return Methods
Online Return Request: Submit a return request via your account dashboard or our Return Form.
Courier Pickup: We will schedule a pickup with our delivery partner at your convenience.
Self-drop: If applicable, you may return items directly to one of our return centers (contact customer service for locations).
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
Approved Returns: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
